The foundation of our wines is built on French varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. But we have also planted other varieties such as Riesling, Malbec, Pinot Noir and many more.

By 2024, we have planned to replace some of the existing vines and also add a few more varieties to our humble collection.

With the aim of showcasing the most authentic Moldavan traditions, the winery’s first restaurant, ASCONI, brings you the true heritage, tastes and aromas of Moldova. Together with our kitchen team, we have researched our families’ recipes and compiled our favorites, bringing you authentic tastes, cooked with fresh ingredients and sprinkled with love, just like Grandmother used to make it!
