ORDERING AND DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries are available for orders with a minimum value of 1,000 MDL.

Please note that deliveries are made within 3–4 business days from order confirmation. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or on official public holidays declared as non-working days under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Prior to delivery, one of our team members will contact you by phone to confirm the order and arrange a delivery time slot.

Delivery is carried out only once. If delivery cannot be completed at the agreed date and time due to reasons attributable to the customer, the order may be collected directly from the Asconi Winery warehouse located at 1 Ștefan cel Mare Street, Puhoi Village, Ialoveni District.

Orders are delivered to the entrance of the building, staircase, or property. Please note that we do not provide delivery to upper floors or inside residential premises.

Our delivery team will stop the vehicle only in locations where stopping and parking are legally permitted. If the delivery address is located in an area where stopping or parking is prohibited, or if access is not possible due to technical reasons, the customer will be asked to collect the order from the nearest accessible location where parking is permitted.

Acceptance of the products constitutes confirmation that the products have been delivered in good condition. The fiscal receipt issued upon delivery serves as proof of purchase and confirms the sales agreement concluded between the customer and Asconi Winery in accordance with applicable legislation.

Legal Entities

Asconi Winery is unable to issue fiscal invoices directly to legal entities, as the distribution of its products is carried out through authorized distributors under exclusive distribution agreements. For purchases made by legal entities and the issuance of the corresponding fiscal documentation, please contact the distributor assigned to your area.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and special offers available at the winery’s physical store do not apply to purchases made through the online store or to delivery orders, unless expressly stated otherwise.
