HOTEL BOOKING, GUARANTEE, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Reservation Policy

* Check-in time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
* Check-out time: 11:00 AM
* Reception operating hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and must be confirmed in advance by the hotel reception.

The Day Use rate is available exclusively subject to availability and may be used for accommodation before the standard check-in time and/or after the standard check-out time. It cannot be used for overnight stays.

The Day Use rate is available only to guests who have reserved and paid for at least one night of accommodation at Asconi Winery.

If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM or check out before 9:00 AM, you are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be made outside reception operating hours.

All guests are required to present a valid identification document upon check-in:

* For citizens of the Republic of Moldova: a valid national ID card;
* For foreign guests: a valid passport.

The guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age.

Upon arrival, all guests are required to complete and sign the hotel’s registration form, where applicable.

Asconi Winery reserves the right to request a valid identification document from each person staying in the room, regardless of who made the reservation.

If one or more guests refuse to present a valid identification document upon request by hotel staff, Asconi Winery reserves the right to refuse accommodation and/or access to the property. In such cases, the reservation will be considered cancelled due to the guest’s fault, and any amounts paid will not be refunded.

Any modification to a reservation (dates, room type, number of guests, etc.) may result in a rate adjustment and/or the application of cancellation fees.

For reservations guaranteed by prepayment or a valid payment method, the room will be held until 11:00 AM on the day following the scheduled arrival date.

Group and corporate reservations may be subject to special conditions established by contract or approved by the management of Asconi Winery.

Reserved rooms that remain unoccupied after 10:00 PM on the arrival date will be considered a No-Show, unless the hotel has been notified in advance and has confirmed the late arrival in writing.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Individual Reservations

Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing to the email address indicated in the reservation confirmation.

* Cancellations made at least 8 days prior to the arrival date are free of charge.
* For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, as well as in the event of a No-Show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

All penalties and refunds are calculated based on the total value of the reserved stay.

Refund Policy

For cancellations eligible for a refund, the refund process may take up to 14 calendar days from the date the request is approved.

In exceptional circumstances, such as the death or serious injury of the person who made the reservation, a full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of the General Manager and/or Tourism Manager, subject to the presentation of supporting documentation.

No-Show Policy

If the guest arrives on the day following the scheduled arrival date before 11:00 AM, a one-night no-show charge will apply, and the reservation will remain valid for the remainder of the stay.

If the guest arrives after 11:00 AM on the day following the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the room will be released for resale.

For group reservations, cancellation and refund conditions are agreed individually at the time of booking and will be specified in the contract or offer provided.

Additional Facilities

The swimming pools are an additional amenity offered to hotel guests and may, during certain periods, also be accessible to external visitors.

For this reason, Asconi Winery cannot guarantee the availability of sun loungers and umbrellas during periods of high occupancy.

The swimming pools are seasonal facilities, and their opening and closing dates may vary from year to year depending on weather conditions, operational requirements, and management decisions. Asconi Winery reserves the right to determine, modify, or suspend the pool operating season without prior notice.

Rates and policies may be modified without prior notice. However, such modifications shall not apply to reservations that have already been confirmed.
