Order Cancellation

Customers may request the cancellation of an order by sending a written notification to magazin@asconi.md within a maximum of 6 hours from the time the order was placed, or by calling +373 79 988 642, provided that they have not yet been contacted by the delivery representative responsible for the order.

Once the order has been confirmed and processed for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.

Product Returns (Wine and Other Food Products)

Due to the nature of food products, including alcoholic beverages, Asconi Winery does not generally accept returns of wines or other food products.

Returns may only be accepted in the following cases:

* the product has a manufacturing defect or a hidden defect;
* the product delivered does not correspond to the order placed (non-conformity).

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, returns will only be accepted if the product:

* has not been opened;
* remains in its original packaging;
* is in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.

Defect Notification Period

Any defect or non-conformity must be reported to Asconi Winery within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order.
Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Refunds

If a cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be processed within up to 14 calendar days from the date the request is approved by Asconi Winery.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return in accordance with legislation governing food products and consumer protection:

* products that have been opened;
* products that have been fully or partially consumed;
* products damaged due to the fault or negligence of the customer;
* products that are no longer in their original packaging;
* products for which the defect notification period has expired.

By placing an order through the Asconi Winery website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Order Cancellation and Return Policy.
