SOL NEGRU Pinot Noir
99 MDL
Pinot Noir’s taste comes not only from terroir but also from the winemaking techniques. The temperature gap is our secret in making this amazing Pinot Noir that describes perfectly the character of our winemakers. Soft and fine at the first look, our Pinot Noir hides strong and stable primary aromas of red and black cherries, plums, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. The wine was gently aged in medium-toasted French oak barrels for a little bit over a year, and due to that we feel some notes of truffles and savory spices. In the mouth, it is pleasantly dry with light and very fine tannins and mouthwatering acidity.
